「優質旅遊服務」計劃

這是由香港旅遊發展局推行的「優質旅遊服務」計劃，規定獲得認證的商號必須通過每年的嚴謹評審，以確保產品和服務達到以下的標準：

  • 明碼實價
  • 資料清晰
  • 優質服務
香港旅遊發展局委託香港生產力促進局為「優質旅遊服務」計劃的顧問，負責為零售及餐飲商戶進行專業評審及年中監察訪查。至於旅客住宿服務及髮型屋的評審，則由香港品質保證局負責。

The Quality Tourism Services (QTS)

The Quality Tourism Services (QTS) Scheme makes it easy for you to find shops, restaurants, budget visitor accommodation and hair salons that you can trust.

Under the scheme administered by the Hong Kong Tourism Board, QTS-accredited establishments must pass stringent annual assessments showing that they meet high standards of product quality and service. They must:
• Provide clearly displayed prices
• Display clear information
• Ensure superb customer service

The Hong Kong Tourism Board has commissioned Hong Kong Productivity Council as the consultant of the QTS Scheme for conducting the assessments and mid-year surveillance visits for shopping and dining merchants. As for visitor accommodation premises and hair salons, the Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency is the appointed agent for conducting assessments.
